3. Account Creation and Security

To access the full features of okibet, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are permitted to hold only one account per person. Multiple accounts are not allowed and may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okibet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. okibet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

  • Contains false or misleading registration information.
  • Is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms.
  • Has been inactive for an extended period as defined by okibet's internal account management policy.
  • Is determined to belong to a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

By using the okibet platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any commercial purpose, including systematic or automated betting strategies designed to manipulate platform outcomes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform in any unauthorized manner.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okibet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are credited to your account after successful verification by the applicable payment processor. okibet does not guarantee specific processing times as these may vary depending on the payment method used.

You agree that:

  • All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending review if okibet has reason to believe the account activity is inconsistent with normal use.
  • okibet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.
